I got a new brown sketchbook, so I decided to sketch some more strange griffs.

The top is a king bird of paradise with generic cat backside. He's in mid-display; they have such pretty colors (blue legs!) and really fun green curly feathers on their tail that I decided to add on top of the ears.

Lower left is a hoopoe with a spotty butt. Shh, it's sleeping!

Lower right is a northern lapwing with a lynx body. I love the cute crest on these guys!
